Lead Product Designer · AI Agentic Engineering
I design complex products that have to work in the real world: Enterprise SaaS, AI and physical-digital systems.
See the workSelected work
A selection of products where the hard part was not making the interface look better. It was figuring out what the product needed to do.
01 AI / Energy trading / Product architecture
Designing an AI assistant for decisions that normally require a specialist, a stack of market tools and a lot of context.
02 Enterprise / Data centre operations / B2B
Turning fragmented operational systems into an exception-based workspace for data centre operations.
03 B2B commerce / Product architecture / SaaS
Designing the infrastructure behind enterprise commerce, where order routing and attribution become product problems.
04 B2B2C / Restaurants / SaaS
Designing the systems behind restaurant commerce, from merchant operations to dynamic pricing.
How I work
Map the users, constraints, dependencies and incentives before deciding what the interface should do.
Find the decisions that matter, make the trade-offs visible and define what the product actually needs to solve.
Turn complex product logic into interactions that people can understand, operate and recover from.
Prototype, test, challenge assumptions and keep refining until the product survives contact with the real world.
About
Documentary photograph
I started in physical product design, working close to manufacturing and real operational constraints. Over the years, that work expanded into digital products, enterprise SaaS and AI.
Today I work across product design and product architecture, particularly where the problem crosses disciplines, systems or teams.
Right now, that includes consulting as Product Architect for Pluto Energy in the US, scoping the MVP and core information architecture for an AI powered institutional energy trading platform. Outside client work, I mentor designers earlier in their careers, and travel toward unfamiliar cultures rather than familiar comforts.

I take on the work that sits between design, data and the commercial case, the briefs that need more than a nice screen.
