Joining as the first designer, I defined five interconnected product surfaces for high-stakes hospitality environments like peak-hour kitchens and live restaurant floors. I focused on foundational architectural decisions that would compound over time rather than deploying iterative, incremental updates.

I designed an average order value discounting engine that delivered a 35% lift in merchant revenue. Furthermore, I scaled the consumer application to over 44,000 downloads and spearheaded operations digitisation that reduced manual end-of-day reconciliation by 90%.

I originated the SNAIL project directly from warehouse floor research and designed the bi-directional chassis to meet strict 900mm Amazon aisle constraints. I subsequently led the product lifecycle from initial concept through manufacturing, quality control, and multi-city deployment.

Managing a cross-functional team of nine engineers, I oversaw hardware, firmware, wire harness, and embedded systems development. The system achieved a 38% picking efficiency gain during a live Amazon pilot, resulting in a utility patent application where I am named as a co-inventor, and scaling to become the major selling product fleet in the company.
